PCM manager receives PCAM

Debbie Alvarez, assistant general manager for Lake Forest Community Association, a community managed by Professional Community Management, Inc. (PCM), was recognized with a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation by California Associations Institute.
In her position as Assistant General Manager for the Lake Forest Community Association, Alvarez is responsible for assisting with the annual budget preparation, board meeting and association newsletter preparation, and website maintenance; obtaining bid proposals for various projects; and working with the community’s homeowners and vendors. She received a PCAM designation after completing 100 hours of coursework and an in depth case study as well. She has also completed two prerequisite designations prior to receiving her PCAM.
