CdM to play for third place in Pacific Coast

The Corona del Mar High girls’ basketball team will try to lock up third place in the Pacific Coast League and a guaranteed playoff berth at Irvine tonight at 7.
The winner of tonight’s game will enter the CIF Southern Section playoffs as the league’s No. 3 representative. Still, the Sea Kings (18-8, 3-5 in league) are assured an at-large playoff berth if it can’t win tonight.
University defeated Irvine Wednesday to set up to set up tonight’s playoff game for the league’s No. 3 spot.
