COSTA MESA — Jose Reyes scored in the 71st minute to make Estancia the outright Orange Coast League champion Wednesday.
Jesus Garcia assisted on the goal for Estancia (13-1-7, 5-0-3 in league), which would have shared the league title with Calvary Chapel if it had lost.
The Eagles, ranked No. 4 in the CIF Southern Section Division IV coaches’ poll, have won three straight league titles.
Estancia goalie Jose Castrejon had six saves.

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Senior Evan Walker scored two goals to help the Sailors to a third-place finish in the Sunset League Wednesday.
Freshman Caleb Candelaria and senior William Munoz each had an assist, while juniors Kyle Evans (four saves) and Daniel Norris (one) combined for the shutout for Newport Harbor (11-6-4, 5-3-2 in league).

LAGUNA HILLS — The Sea Kings finished as co-champions of the Pacific Coast League Wednesday.
It is CdM’s first league title since 2001, Coach Bryan Middleton said.
The Sea Kings (10-4-7, 5-2-1) had already won the pre-match coin flip to become the No. 1 representative of the PCL and co-champion University will be No. 2 for the CIF Southern Section playoffs. Laguna Hills and Beckman will play for third place.
The Hawks scored with 16 minutes left. Lindsey Luke had six saves in the first half and Sarah Cox had four saves in the second half.

COSTA MESA — In a must-win game to keep the Eagles’ playoff hopes alive, senior Tim Neumann finished with 21 points Wednesday, giving Estancia the opportunity play for the Orange Coast League’s second-place spot.
Estancia is tied for second with Costa Mesa in league at 4-4. The cross-town rivals meet tonight at Corona del Mar High at 7.
The winner earns the league’s No. 2 berth into the CIF Southern Section playoffs.
The loser plays Friday against Calvary Chapel, which is also 4-4 in league, for the league’s No. 3 playoff berth.

Costa Mesa (9-15, 4-4 in league) will face rival Estancia tonight at 7 at Corona del Mar with the winner gaining the league’s No. 2 spot for the CIF Southern Section playoffs.

CORONA DEL MAR — Senior Leslee Kaczmarek scored four goals, helping the Sea Kings defend their Pacific Coast League championship in the regular-season league finale Wednesday.
CdM (25-1, 4-0 in league), ranked No. 1 in the CIF Southern Section Division I coaches’ poll, got two goals each from Victoria Kennedy, Victoria Kent, Erica Wheeler and Adina Zepfel.
The Sea Kings finish the regular season with a nonleague home match Friday at 3:15 p.m. against Laguna Beach, ranked No. 1 in Division II.
