Senator to discuss priorities at open house
State Sen. Tom Harman will discuss his priorities for his upcoming term in the California legislature with local residents and community leaders at an open house in Costa Mesa on Dec. 4.
Harman, a Republican whose district includes Costa Mesa and Newport Beach, was reelected to the California Senate by a large margin in November, beating Democratic challenger Ginny Mayer by 17 points.
The open house in his district office will give constituents a chance to hear his assessment of the last two years in office and where he wants to go in the future.
The meeting will run from 6 to 8 p.m. at 950 South Coast Drive, Suite 240.
