LOCA holds open house at new hotel

Laguna Outreach for Community Arts is partnering with Pacific Edge Hotel (formerly the Vacation Village) for two open houses from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday and from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Pacific Edge Hotel’s 4,000-square-foot private villa and its expansive ocean front deck. The event is free to the local community. The Beach House Restaurant at 609 Sleepy Hollow Lane will provide complimentary valet parking.

Each guest will also have the opportunity to win two Loge tickets to the opening night of the Pageant of the Masters, July 9. Tickets will be raffled off at each open house. Tivoli Terrace will provide appetizers.

Singer to design Tresor properties

Tresor Properties has selected architect Mark Singer to develop two oceanfront homes in Laguna Beach.

The first site, 990 Ocean Front, will be a 4,250-square-foot, four-bedroom residence featuring large-scale living areas and an expansive waterfront deck. A master suite will feature a private oceanfront terrace and spa bathroom.

Adjoining the lot is 992 Ocean Front, a 3,600-square-foot home also with an oceanfront terrace. The three-bedroom, three-bath residence will feature a central courtyard, spacious living areas and a chef’s kitchen, among other amenities.
