Four-year-old Jet (pictured) wears his devil’s costume as the Community Animal Network’s October’s Halloween celebration continues at Fashion Island.
Children as young as 9 volunteer to help Community Animal Network’s rescue animals find new homes.
The kids enjoy dressing the animals in fun costumes, according to the network.
Jet is friendly with other cats and enjoys lying between the computer monitor and keyboard, according to his caretakers who have nicknamed him “Office Jet.”
“Jet has one of those rescue stories that will forever stick in my mind,” said DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, the organization’s founder. “We just couldn’t leave him all tattered and bleeding with his eyelids torn from the cat fight. Donors supported his rescue and he is such a wonderful cat that we are so thankful to be involved in helping him.”
