Pat Krone, longtime resident of Newport Beach, died Monday, May 19, in Orange after a long struggle with the effects of Post Polio Syndrome. She was 75. She is survived by her husband, Clark Loomis King, and her daughter, Keri Krone Comer of Irvine. Pat served 30 years as a Commissioner on the Orange County Human Relations Council, was a Board Member and long-time volunteer in the Education Department of the Orange County Pacific Symphony. She was a founding member of the Orange Coast College Foundation serving there for 22 years. Pat had a successful 40 year career with Pacific Bell and enjoyed her 17 retirement years.
