Area 1

Boat Canyon Drive: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at North Coast Highway at 11:07 p.m. Saturday.

Broadway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block at 10:37 p.m. Thursday.

Circle Way: Two scuba divers were rescued from a rip current in the 100 block at 12:27 p.m. Saturday.

Cliff Drive: Two men, one from San Clemente and one from Ohio, were arrested following a disturbance in the 200 block at 1:44 a.m. Saturday.

Fairview Street: A sport utility vehicle was reported broken into overnight and a cellphone and wallet taken in the 200 block at 7:41 a.m. Friday.

Ledroit Street: Jewelry and other items were reported stolen from the 200 block at 3:22 p.m. Friday.

North Coast Highway: A fake $100 bill was reported used to purchase pizza in the 600 block at 8:26 p.m. Wednesday.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 600 block at 7:35 p.m. Friday.

Sunset Ridge: Copper wire was reported stolen from a construction site in the 1500 block at 10:17 a.m. Monday.

 

Area 2

El Toro Road: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a collision at Laguna Canyon Road at 10:21 p.m. Wednesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A bicyclist suffered a possible concussion after falling in the wilderness park in the 20200 block at 10:55 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 2200 block at 2:23 a.m. Friday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Two men were reported fighting, one armed with a box cutter, at a labor site in the 1700 block at 6:02 a.m. Tuesday.

Laguna Canyon Road: Electronics worth thousands of dollars was reported stolen from a shed at a trailer park in the 1000 block at 10:22 a.m. Tuesday.

 

Area 3

Forest Avenue: Sunglasses and a transponder, totaling $900, were reported stolen from a vehicle in an underground parking garage in the 300 block at 10:34 a.m. Friday.

Legion Street: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a collision at South Coast Highway at 9 p.m. Sunday.

Ocean Avenue: A man was bloodied in an assault in the 200 block at 2:51 p.m. Tuesday.

Park Avenue: A Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after his vehicle rolled over, with four occupants, in a one-vehicle incident in the 1000 block at 8:05 p.m. Friday.

South Coast Highway: Paintings were reported stolen from an unlocked business in the 500 block at 2:29 p.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: $20 was reported stolen from a valet in the 500 block at 10:27 a.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A man was accused of assaulting a woman by putting his hands down her pants at a restaurant in the 400 block at 11:52 p.m. Saturday.

 

Area 4

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A woman who was cleaning windows fell six feet through the glass into a bathtub, but was not seriously injured, in the 1500 block at 8:52 a.m. Friday.

La Mirada Street: Five diamonds loose in a baggie were reported stolen over the past two months in the 1000 block at 9:07 a.m. Friday.

Nyes Place: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after she drove some distance on a blown tire at South Coast Highway at 11:38 p.m. Friday.

South Coast Highway: A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Upland Road at 2 a.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 2300 block at 9 p.m. Thursday.

South Coast Highway: $138 was reported stolen from a cash register and tip jar after a burglar alarm sounded at a coffee shop in the 1400 block at 3:29 a.m. Monday.

 

Area 5

5th Avenue: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and drug possession after hitting a pedestrian at Coast Highway at 5:16 p.m. Saturday.

Bluff Drive: A briefcase with a projector and laptop was reported stolen from the trunk of a vehicle parked in a driveway in the 31500 block at 11:13 a.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: A woman was rescued after hitting her head while climbing on rocks in the 31900 block at 1,000 Steps Beach at 2:09 p.m. Sunday.

Coast Highway: A one-karat wedding ring was reported stolen from a hotel bathroom in the 30800 block at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday.

Montage Resort Drive: A Dana Point woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday.

Table Rock Drive: A diamond necklace, earrings and topaz ring, totaling $4,000, were reported stolen in the 31500 block at 10:42 a.m. Sunday.
