Open house gives visitors chance to see shelter

The staff of Share Our Selves will have a public open house at the facility today.

Community members can take a tour of the facility’s extensive medical, dental, food pantry and social service offices.

Organizers hope the event, scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., will provide community members with a better understanding of the services, programs and work the volunteer-driven nonprofit provides in the community.
