The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, April 18, through Tuesday, April 24.

TUESDAY

Laguna Canyon Road: At 10:09 p.m., paramedics responded to a report of an injury accident at the 73 Toll Road.

Zell Drive: At 1 p.m., a car was reported to have been keyed twice since Sunday in the 3000 block.

MONDAY

Irvine Cove Beach: At 4:55 p.m., a dying pelican was reported at the beach.

No. Coast Highway: At 4:12 p.m., paramedics responded to an injury accident at Myrtle Street.

No. Coast Highway: At 1:26 a.m., a Long Beach resident was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2000 block.

SUNDAY

Thalia Street: At 11:32 p.m., a power line fire was reported in the 600 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 9:32 p.m., an Irvine woman was arrested after a battery was reported in the 1400 block.

No. Coast Highway: at 5:59 a.m., $25,000-$30,000 in jewelry was reported stolen by burglars who broke into a store in the 200 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 3:15 a.m., a bonfire was reported on the sand in front of a hotel in the 500 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 2:51 a.m., a man from the United Kingdom was arrested on suspicion of DUI after police were called to break up a fight involving five to six people at a hotel in the 1500 block.

No. Coast Highway: At 1:38 a.m., a person was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a disturbance in the bathroom of a restaurant in the 300 block.

Ocean Avenue: At 1:31 a.m., a bouncer allegedly punched someone in the nose at a bar-restaurant in the 200 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 1:34 a.m., a fight between four people was reported in the 500 block.

Coast Highway: At 1:26 a.m., a vehicle burglary was reported in the 31800 block.

SATURDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 7:48 p.m., a fall victim refused medical assistance at a hotel in the 1500 block.

Alta Laguna Park: At 6:14 p.m., eight adults were reported skateboarding on the basketball court in the 3300 block.

Forest Avenue: At 2:23 p.m., a purse was reported stolen from a shop in the 200 block.

Main Beach: At 8:47 a.m., a gun was found at the water’s edge in the 100 block.

Cleo Street: At 1:09 a.m., a pedestrian with a dislocated shoulder was given medical assistance at Coast Highway.

FRIDAY

West Street: At 12:44 p.m., a blown transformer and smoking electrical wires were reported in the 31500 block.

Seaview Street: At 11:18 a.m., electrical wires were reported down and arcing in the 600 block.

Galen Drive: At 11:34 a.m., electrical wires were reported down in the 1500 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 3:20 a.m., a Thousand Oaks woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 400 block.

THURSDAY

So. Coast Highway: At 8:39 p.m., an employee discovered an illegal device that may have been a card reader implanted in an ATM at a gas station pump in the 500 block.

Woodland Drive: At 6:31 p.m., $634 was reported fraudulently charged on a bank account in the 200 block.

Broadway: At 5:39 p.m., two vehicles collided, causing a head injury, in the city employee parking lot in the 500 block.

Park Avenue: At 2:50 p.m., $140 was reported stolen from a purse during class at a school in the 2100 block.

So. Coast Highway: At 9:58 a.m., a car overturned and required a cut-and-rescue operation to extricate victims at Cress Street.

WEDNESDAY

Ocean Avenue: At 5:43 p.m., sunglasses were reported stolen from a bank in the 200 block.

Woods Cove: At 2 p.m., a baby seal was reported on the beach in the 2000 block.
