SAGE SEVEN LAUDED
Seven players from the Sage Hill School girls’ soccer team were named All-Academy League.
Senior midfielders Kara Percival, Emily Webb and Ali McLaughlin were first-team all-league honorees. Senior midfielder and forward Lauren Neale was also named first-team all-league.
The four seniors helped lead Coach Amy Ray’s Lightning squad to a 12-9-2 record, a second-place finish in league and a berth in the CIF Southern Section Division VI playoffs.
Sophomore defender Brynne Quinlan, freshman goalkeeper Hannah Macleod and senior defender and midfielder Rachel Blitzer were named second-team all-league.
CDM’S TRIDER HONORED
Corona del Mar High senior midfielder and forward Kaliegh Trider was named first-team all-Pacific Coast League.
Coach Bryan Middleton’s Sea Kings finished the season 4-11-5.
Junior defender Katelyn Smith and sophomore Cosie Andujai earned second-team all-league honors for Corona del Mar.
