The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, Feb. 28, through Tuesday, March 6.
TUESDAY
Bluebird Canyon: At 5:05 p.m., a Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of hitting her 15-year-old daughter while both were in a vehicle, and the child was taken to juvenile hall, near Carmelita Street.
Rockpile Beach: At 3:28 p.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, after he was allegedly observed masturbating in the 300 block of the beach.
Coast Highway: At 10:58 a.m., mail theft was reported at a mobile-home park in the 30800 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 8:16 a.m., plants were reported to have been repeatedly damaged at a business in the 1000 block.
Coast Highway: At 8:40 a.m., a person was treated for neck pain after a traffic collision at Wesley Drive.
MONDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 11:02 p.m., a homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block.
Morningside Drive: At 1:55 p.m., a car was reported to have been broken into on Saturday night, and a stereo face plate and $200 bench grinder stolen, in the 1300 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 9:26 a.m., one person was taken to the hospital with a head injury following a four-vehicle collision in the 20000 block.
SUNDAY
Galen Drive: At 6:21 p.m., a $250 Ipod was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 5:10 p.m., a woman was given medical aid after she tripped in an alley and broke her arm in the 1000 block.
Calliope Street: At 1:32 p.m., a trash truck fire was put out at Temple Terrace Drive.
Wesley Drive: At 12:32 p.m., an elderly woman was given medical aid after she passed out at a church in the 21000 block.
Cliff Drive: At 11:20 a.m., a woman was given medical aid and reported unconscious and bleeding after being struck by a car outside a restaurant in the 300 block.
Santa Cruz Street: At 11:28 a.m., a car window was reported broken and a door dented overnight in the 1400 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 2:10 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm at a park facility on the 18700 block.
Ocean Avenue: At 1:48 a.m., a woman in medical distress was rescued from the bathroom of a bar in the 200 block.
SATURDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 8:53 p.m., a hotel employee was taken to the hospital with a cut on the eye after an irate guest allegedly threw a pot at the employee during an argument at a hotel in the 600 block.
S. Coast Highway: At 8:13 p.m., bouncers reported being battered at a bar in the 1100 block.
Myrtle Street: At 2:46 p.m., police were trying to locate a man who had allegedly walked into two women’s restrooms carrying pornography, and peeped into restroom stalls, at Cliff Drive.
So. Coast Highway: At 11:06 a.m., a woman who couldn’t pay for gas allegedly dumped garbage on an employee’s head at a gas station in the 100 block.
FRIDAY
Coast Highway: At 10:09 p.m., three people were arrested after allegedly drinking in a vehicle and throwing beer cans out of the car at Mountain Road.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:34 p.m., graffiti was reported on a sea wall at a hotel in the 1500 block.
Keller Way: At 12:57 p.m., a resident reported that two bicycles and a tool box were taken after a garage door was left open in the 1100 block.
Ocean Way: At 8:45 a.m., doors were reported keyed at a construction site in the 1800 block.
Coast Highway: At 2:57 a.m., a San Clemente woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near the Montage Resort.
THURSDAY
Bluebird Canyon Drive: At 4:24 p.m., a Huntington Beach man was cited on suspicion of marijuana possession in the 700 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 10:47 a.m., a front window was reported smashed and a cash box stolen from a café in the 500 block.
Cliff Drive: At 8:26 a.m., a man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession after a pedestrian stop in the 400 block.
Top of the World Drive: At 8:36 a.m., a Toyota Camry was reported stolen in the 28000 block.
WEDNESDAY
Ocean Avenue: At 4:48 p.m., two checks were reported missing from a checkbook in a bar in the 200 block.
Main Beach: At 3:08 p.m., two persons were arrested, one on suspicion of malicious mischief and one on suspicion of drug possession, after being stopped due to graffiti at the Bird Rock lifeguard tower in the 100 block.
Alta Vista Way: At 11:28 a.m., credit card fraud was reported in the 600 block.
Coast Highway: At 3:36 a.m., a San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Lagunita Place.
No. Coast Highway: At 2:05 a.m., a Newport Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block.
