Newport Harbor 9, Sage Hill 9(Newport wins, 82-74, on games)NEWPORT BEACH — Daron Arnold swept three sets at No. 1 singles and the Sailors won the tiebreaker as a result of games won in the nonleague match Monday.
Ryan McKennon and Cameron Chase won their final doubles match to force a tiebreaker for Newport Harbor (1-1).
The Sailors return to action today, when they visit Laguna Beach at 3 p.m.

Sage Hill 198,COSTA MESA — Ryan Babbush was the individual medalist after shooting par 35 with three birdies for the Lighting in an Academy League match at Costa Mesa County Club Monday.

James Chai’s 38 was the second-best score for Sage Hill, followed by Mac Mace (39), Geoff Grant (42) and Alec Malinawag (44).
The Lightning (2-1, 2-0 in league) play Oxford Academy today at Rancho San Joaquin Golf Course at 3 p.m.
