Thalia Street: Two dogs were reported running off-leash at 11:58 a.m. in the 900 block.
MONDAY
Zurich Court: Someone reported fraud after paying for baseball tickets that were never received at 4:05 p.m. in the 2900 block.
Coast Highway: Three laptops and a Palm Pilot were reported stolen in a commercial burglary at 1:14 p.m. in the 31700 block.
SUNDAY
Lagunita Beach: Three people were reportedly drinking on the beach at 4:26 p.m. in the 100 block.
South Coast Highway: A man allegedly threw a glass at a woman at 4:06 p.m. in the 1200 block.
Coast Highway: Four men were reportedly smoking a bong pipe at 2:47 p.m. in the 31800 block.
Broadway: Graffiti was reported at a bus depot at 2:27 p.m. in the 300 block.
Sunset Terrace: A briefcase, laptop and passports were reported stolen at 9:16 a.m. in the 100 block.
South Coast Highway: Public intoxication was reported at 2:33 a.m. in the 1100 block.
SATURDAY
Coast Highway and Jasmine Street: A vehicle fire was reported at 10:22 p.m.
South Encino Road: Two dogs barking at 8:35 p.m. in the 0 block resulted in a noise complaint.
Wilson Street and St. Ann’s Drive: A dead cat was reported in a gutter at 5:35 p.m.
Balboa Avenue: A rattlesnake was reported at 8:43 a.m. in the 800 block.
THURSDAY
Broadway: An allegedly intoxicated man was reported at 1:07 p.m. in the 200 block.
