No. 73
Tom Chelekis
Offensive Tackle/Defensive Lineman
6-2, 260, Sr.
Had an outstanding year in 2004 in landing all-Sunset League
laurels, and much more is expected of him this fall. The team’s key
player on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball. Could
be highly recruited as an offensive lineman.
No. 7
Alex Cerda
Tight End
6-0, 210, Sr.
A key component to the offense. Was the team leader in 2004 in
receptions. The Vikings’ go-to guy this year.
No. 11
Josh Jordan
Defensive Back
5-10, 170, Jr.
Had a breakthrough year in 2004 as a sophomore and earned a spot
on the Sunset League’s honorable mention team. Led the team in
interceptions with three a year ago. His return bodes well for the
defense.
No. 57
Kurt Willingham
Defensive Lineman
5-10, 180, Sr.
Willingham earned all-league second-team recognition as a
defensive lineman. Will give Marina a strong presence along the
defensive line. Will be a two-way player.
No. 62
Ian Cable
Lineman
5-11, 260, Jr.
Gained valuable playing experience by starting all 10 games as a
sophomore. Big plug along the offensive line and gives Vikings added
power on the defensive end.
