Sage Hill’s Voge, McKeon singled out

Sage Hill School cross country standouts Mike Voge (boys) and Katie
McKeon (girls) have been named Runner of the Year in the Academy
League.
Voge, a senior, topped the field at league finals, as did McKeon,
a freshman. Joining Voge on the boys first-team All-Academy squad is
junior Zach Chandy, who finished third in league.
Freshman Connor Rose (boys) and sophomore Erica Faris (girls) are
second-team all-league performers.
Four Lightning lauded
* VOLLEYBALL: Sage Hill School juniors Cat Dailey, Vista Murphy
and Haywood Wright have been named first-team All-Academy League by
the circuit’s girls volleyball coaches. Lightning sophomore setter
Kelsey Lawler is a second-team honoree.
Dailey, a 6-foot outside hitter, was a co-captain, along with
Murphy, also an outside hitter. Wright, a 6-1 middle blocker, helped
the Lightning (17-7) finish second in the Academy League and reach
the semifinals of the CIF Southern Section Division IV-A playoffs.
