Cromwell does it all for Phillies

Patrick Cromwell was named Player of the Game for his two innings of
shutout pitching, hitting two home runs and a triple plus recording
an unassisted double play in the Phillies’ 5-4 win over the Cardinals
in recent Newport Harbor Baseball Association Pinto action. He also
teamed up with his brother Brian Cromwell to record a triple play.
Henry Dodge denied the Cardinals a grand slam in the third inning
making a game-saving catch in the outfield to keep the score tied.
Jason Rodriguez and Mark Grace both pitched well while Jack Maurer
and Ryan Murphy were solid behind the plate.
Wyatt Walton made some solid plays in the field while Keefer
Fulton and Riley Ricker both scored as base runners.
In NHBA Shetland action:
* Brewers vs. Diamondbacks:
Jeremiah Sheldon ended the game by belting a grand slam to
left-center for the Brewers on Saturday. David Fisher had four
line-drive base hits with Jake Weyrich and Jackson Kearl adding key
contributions.
Andrew Laidlaw, Steven Faulconer, Jack Rapillo, Ian Ozimec,
Matthew Fisher and Sydney Fisher all made big defensive plays.
