stolen in the first block at 7:03 p.m.

MONDAY

* Anita Street: A resident reported a birch tree had been poisoned

in the 400 block at 11:56 a.m.

* Canyon View Drive: A man reported a crane was blocking the

entire road in the 700 block at 9:41 a.m.

* Glenneyre Street: A dead woodchuck in a bag was reported found

in the 1800 block at 12:39 p.m.

* South Coast Highway: A small kitchen fire was reported at a

resort in the 30800 block at 12:10 p.m. No injuries to guests or

employees were reported.

* South Coast Highway: A Dallas woman was arrested on suspicion of

identity theft and burglary in the 1500 block at 7:55 p.m.

* South Coast Highway and Forest Avenue: A battery was reported at

8:24 p.m.

SUNDAY

* Forest Avenue: A man reportedly walked out on a $111 tab in the

200 block at 7:15 p.m.

* Glenneyre Street: Two runaways, one from Capistrano Beach and

one from Ventura County, were found by police in the 400 block at

2:59 a.m.

* Miramar Street: A person reported an oak tree had been drenched

in gasoline and salt in the 1100 block at 5:51 p.m.

* Wesley Drive: A purse valued at $1,000 and credit cards were

reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 21500 block at 6:19 p.m.

SATURDAY

* Hillcrest Drive and Chiquita Street: A Laguna Beach woman was

arrested on warrants for petty theft and child endangerment at 8:18

p.m.

* Katella Street: A laptop computer was reported stolen out of a

car in the 100 block at 2:00 p.m.

FRIDAY

* Broadway: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on a warrant for

trespassing at Angel Stadium in the 200 block at 6:12 p.m.

* Cress Street: Biological waste containers and gas mask canisters

were reported found in a trash can in the 100 block at 7:35 a.m.

* Murralet Drive: A Laguna Niguel man was arrested on suspicion of

grand theft and theft by credit card in the 28700 block at 4:29 p.m.

The arrest was made by a Laguna Beach detective in Laguna Niguel.

* South Coast Highway: A man was reportedly yelling at laundry mat

customers in the 1000 block at 8:50 a.m.
