Renegades get past Big Dogs

Ian Arnold recorded 38 saves and the Renegades came up with just
enough offense to score a 3-1 victory over the Big Dogs in a Norris
Division game at Coast 2 Coast Inline Hockey Center in Huntington
Beach.
Arnold gave up a first period goal to Craig Wellander, but then he
and the defense shut down the Big Dogs the remainder of the match.
Renegades goals came from Brandon White, Austin Anderson and
Lauren Kilroy.
Troy Loggins had 32 saves for the Big Dogs.

Team LA 3, Intimidators 2
Tanner Chang’s score off a double feed from Gene Jaeger and Jason
Lally proved to be the difference as Team LA held off a late charge
by the Intimidators.
Lally also scored in the match.
Cody Nunes had 13 saves.
Travis Bertrand and Nicholas Kadletz scored, Matthew Ostovarpour
had an assist and Tyler Bertrand had 20 saves.
Sharks 5, Stars 5
Each team scored a goal in an overtime shootout and the match
ended in a tie.
Sean Froelich scored twice to lead a Sharks attack that included a
goal and assist by Jacob Shaver and goals by Taylor Baikie and Chase
Pearce, the latter coming in overtime.
Corey Jones had 30 saves.
Sean-David Salisbury scored the Stars’ first three goals and Jared
Novakovich scored in overtime.
Zachary Beko had 27 saves.
