Beautiful blue-eyed Siamese and Himalayan cats have been rescued
and are available for adoption.
The Newport Beach-based Community Animal Network has removed 35
cats from an overcrowded seniors’ home. Some are rare Siamese tabby
cats, as well as the popular Flame Point Siamese and Himalayan cats,
founder DiAnna Pfaff-Martin said.
“Local animal lovers overextended themselves to help get these
animals to safety,” she said. “Caregivers, new pet parents and
donations are immediately needed to continue this rescue effort
successfully.”
The more than 100 kittens under the network’s care have increased
spending on food and litter.
Kittens may be adopted through a pre-adoption and waitlist
process. A 30-day health guarantee is offered for all rescued
animals, Pfaff-Martin said.
