Fairmont tops Lightning in Academy League duel

Sage Hill School doubles partners Drew Roeser and Kent Kuran combined

for a pair of victories, but host Fairmont Prep dominated elsewhere

to produce a 15-3 Academy League boys tennis victory Friday at Sunny

Hills Tennis Club in Fullerton.

Roeser and Kuran won two sets by identical 6-2 scores. Doubles

partners Eric Burton and Tristan Cordier posted the other set victory

for the Lightning (3-6, 2-2 in league).

Fairmont improved to 5-4, 4-1.
