Donahue Schriber completes center

Costa Mesa shopping center developer Donahue Schriber has wrapped

up construction on a 109,550-square-foot center in Sacramento.

The project was a joint effort with Lennar Communities, which is

based in that city.

The shopping center, known as Park Place, is in the planned

community of Natomas Park. It opened Dec. 11.

Park Place is anchored by a 60,000-square-foot Raley’s market.

Other tenants are Blockbuster Video, Wells Fargo Bank, Shell Oil,

Jamba Juice and Pick Up Stix.

Irvine-based MGA gave the center a Mediterranean-style look.

The 1,250-acre Natomas Park community includes 3,900 single-family

homes, 66 acres of multifamily housing and a 200-acre regional park.
