suspicion of prostitution in the 1500 block at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday.

* South Coast Drive: An auto theft was reported in the 900 block

at 12:24 a.m. Wednesday.

* Valencia Street: An assault was reported in the 900 block at

12:20 p.m. Wednesday.

* West Baker Street: A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion

of possessing a controlled substance, marijuana in his vehicle and

possession of paraphernalia at 2:30 a.m. Thursday.
