Prep baseball: Aliso handles Tars

ALISO VIEJO - Newport Harbor High senior Mike Jones went 2 for 3 to

account for half of the Sailors’ hits in a 16-1 Sea View League baseball

loss Wednesday at Aliso Niguel.

Andre Pinesett, who drove in Lu Castillo for the Tars’ only run in the

sixth, and Mike McLean also had singles for the Sailors (4-16, 0-9 in

league).
