WEATHER FORECAST
Is it June already. Another cloudy day will gloom over us today. We
may see the sun for a little while, but it won’t be a beautiful day.
Highs will be in the low to mid-60s in Newport-Mesa with overnight lows
in the low 50s.
Friday will be similar, though showers may fall tonight. Drizzle or
showers may fall early Saturday as well.

BOATING FORECAST
The southwesterly winds will blow their typical 10 to 15 knots this
afternoon in the inner waters, with 2-foot waves and a southwest swell of
1 to 3 feet. The same will be encountered at night, as will areas of fog.
Out farther, the southerly winds will blow 10 knots, with 1-foot waves
and a northwest swell of 3 to 5 feet. Later, fog will roll in.
SURF
The southwest swell peaks today, generating waist- to chest-highs.
Friday’s looking quite similar while surf backs down this weekend.
