Donations and adoptions continue to be slow at the Community Animal
Network, says DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, its founder.
“Tiny kittens keep finding homes quickly each weekend, leaving behind
many wonderful 6- to 9-month-old kittens that have been hand-raised by
loving local families,” Pfaff-Martin said. “Older kittens are still
playful, but are more house-friendly than the tiny ones.”
When older kittens and adult cats are not adopted, they often are put
to sleep, Pfaff-Martin said.
