Orange County residents who speak little or no English or who are
visually impaired will benefit from the $4,500 grant Arts Orange County
recently gave to Pacific Chorale. The grant will allow the chorus to
partner with agencies such as Taller San Jose and the Braille Institute
to produce a limited number of Spanish, Vietnamese and Braille
translations of its concert programs, which will be available free of
charge at season performances.
The translated programs will first be available at the Chorale’s
annual holiday concert, “Tis the Season,” Dec. 16 at the Orange County
Performing Arts Center.
