Newport Beach-based Mark IV Capitol Inc. has began construction of a

three-story medical office building in Laguna Woods.

Snyder Langston, one of Southern California’s largest construction and

real estate companies, will build a 41,280-square-foot building on 2.7

acres at 24331 El Toro Road. The building is expected to be completed in

March.

Snyder Langston has worked with Mark IV Capitol Inc. in design

management, consultant selection and negotiations with the seller on the

project.

Snyder Langston has worked on projects such as the Irvine Spectrum

Center, Pelican Hill Golf Club, and the renovation and restoration of the

Balboa Bay Club.
