Today will look a lot like Monday with temperatures in the mid-70s in
Costa Mesa and in the low 70s in Newport Beach. There will be some
clouds, but it should be mostly sunny throughout the day.
Overnight, readings will be in the low 60s in Newport-Mesa. Enjoy.

BOATING FORECAST
The westerly winds will be light today in the harbor, blowing about 10
knots and creating waves of about a foot and a mixed south and west swell
of 3 feet. The fog, however, will be troublesome in the morning.
Out farther, the westerly winds will blow light early and become
northwesterly in the afternoon, blowing 10 to 15 knots and generating
waves of 1 to 2 feet and a mixed northwest and south swell of 7 feet.
Expect dense fog early and late.
SURF
The not-so-great surf is back in the form of knee- to waist-high waves
and the occasional 4-footers today. Similar conditions will continue
throughout the week.
