WEATHER FORECAST
Partly cloudy skies will clear by late morning for a mostly sunny day,
which will ring in a below normal July high of 78 degrees. The UV index
will top out at 9 between about noon and 3 p.m., so throwing on sunscreen
would be wise.
Things will stay warm overnight with partly cloudy conditions while
the mercury dips to about 66 degrees.

BOATING FORECAST
Light wind will clear the patchy morning fog. Southwest winds will
pick up to 10 to 15 knots and create 2-foot waves in the afternoon.
Overnight, conditions won’t change much and the patchy fog will return.
Farther out, similar conditions will be found both day and night.
SURF
Another southwest swell will bring in mostly waist-high sets, though
the occasional chest-high can’t be ruled out. Similar, though even
better, waves will roll in Thursday. The trend should continue until
early next week.
