* Mesa Verde Drive East: Annoying phone calls were reported in the

1500 block at 8:28 a.m. Tuesday.

* Ponderosa Street: A residential burglary was reported in the 1500

block at 7:19 p.m. Tuesday.

* Victoria Street: Possession of narcotics was reported in the 200

block at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Newport Center Drive: Petty theft was reported in the 600 block at 1

p.m. Tuesday.

* 15th Street: Vandals reportedly scratched a car parked in the 800

block at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday.
