* Bolsa Avenue: A business employee was reportedly receiving a number
of threatening phone calls at the establishment in the 5000 block at 8:05
a.m. Friday.
* California Street: A resident complained to police of a trespasser
sleeping in the alley behind a private garage in the 900 block at 8:48
a.m. Sunday.
* Chateau Lane: Someone told police that a number of subjects were
igniting fireworks in the street and shooting them above houses in the
14000 block at 8:43 p.m. Saturday.
* Edgebrook Lane: Police responded to a report of shots fired in the
18000 block at 10:50 p.m. June 14.
* Garnett Circle: A forgery, resulting in the loss of $40,000, was
reported to police by a resident living in the 9000 block at 10:46 a.m.
Saturday.
* Glencoe Avenue: Police responded to a loud party, which drew
repeated complaints from neighbors, at a residence in the 7000 block at
10:19 p.m. June 13.
* Goldenwest Street: A resident told police that someone had broken
into a pickup truck and stolen a cell phone, checkbook and pair of
sunglasses for a total loss of about $252 in the 15000 block at 4:04 p.m.
June 11.
* Hooker Drive: At least two juveniles were reported pestering dog
walkers and other passersby with laser lights in the 6000 block at 11:52
p.m. June 12.
* Kona Drive: Someone was allegedly using a private public
announcement system to shout obscenities from a residence in the 4000
block at 3:17 p.m. June 13.
* McFadden Avenue: Vandals apparently threw two batteries through a
classroom window and left spent bottles of beer in the classroom of a
college in the 5000 block at 9:34 a.m. Friday.
* Stanley Walk Lane: Someone complained to police that a neighbor was
being cruel to animals by keeping a number of caged birds in a hot garage
in the 17000 block at 5:40 p.m. Sunday.
* Warner Avenue: Police received a complaint claiming that electricity
was being stolen from a location in the 6000 block at 11:25 a.m. June 11.
* Warner Avenue: Police responded to a family disturbance reported in
the 6000 block at 7:19 p.m. June 12.
