* Harbor Boulevard: A grand theft was reported in the 2300 block at

3:22 p.m. Tuesday.

* Joann Street: Graffiti was reported in the 700 block at 6:45 a.m.

Tuesday.

* Mesa Verde Drive East: Possession of narcotics was reported in the

2700 block at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Fernleaf: Vandals reportedly threw an unknown liquid on a parked

car, damaging the paint, in the 200 block at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday.

* Riverside Drive: A cellular telephone was reported stolen from a car

in the 100 block at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

* 42nd Street: Annoying telephone calls were reported in the 200 block

at 12:43 p.m. Tuesday.
