CMALL Minor B: Devil Rays take two

COSTA MESA - The strong arm of Brandon Kelly helped lead the Devil

Rays to a 6-4 win over the Astros and an 8-5 win over the Dodgers in

Costa Mesa American Little League Minor B action.

Against the Astros, Kelly pitched five strong innings and struck out

11. Bryan Williams, Willie LeValley, Matt Mello and Chad Pattison each

collected hits, while Tommy Stephens scored two runs for the D’Rays.

Against the Dodgers, Kelly pitched a complete game with 11 strikeouts

and offensively had a double and two runs scored. Mello, Williams,

LeValley, Stephens, Ryan Crowe, Derek Amendola and Nathan Olson each had

key base hits for the Devil Rays.
