Thursday.

* Hamilton Drive: An assault was reported in the 600 block at 12:02

p.m. Wednesday.

* East 17th Street: Petty theft was reported in the 300 block at 4:28

p.m. Wednesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* West Coast Highway: Boat and motor drives valued at about $6,000

were reported stolen in the 2200 block at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday.

* Northwind Court: A residential burglary was reported in the 10 block

at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

* Posada: Vandals reportedly broke the key off a resident’s front door

in the 1400 block at 9:03 p.m. Thursday.
