global workplace solutions firm, as a project manager. Taylor brings to

the IA team more than 12 years of experience in architecture and

interiors in the areas of commercial interiors, hospitality projects and

Inc., based in Newport Beach, recently hosted a night of festivities

while raising funds for Orange County children’s programs in its seventh

annual Monte Carlo Night at South Coast Plaza’s The Clubhouse Restaurant.

Newport Beach to sell an 88-unit apartment complex in Riverside for $3.3

million, as well as helped to sell a 16-unit apartment complex in

Fullerton for $965,000 to Menlo Family Ltd. of Costa Mesa. They also

helped to sell a 26-unit apartment complex in Fullerton to Paul Dunlap of

Fullerton for $1.85 million, and helped to sell another 16-unit

apartment complex in Anaheim for $1 million. . . . Kristin Maberry, a

senior at Newport Harbor High School, has completed her Gold Award

Project. She is a senior Girl Scout in Odyssey Troop 859. She built a

Capital Pacific Holdings of Newport Beach has sold a 55,282-square-foot

office complex in Laguna Beach for $9.55 million. The space was sold to

Sav-Most Desert Rancho, a Laguna Beach-based private investor. . . .

Genevieve Peterson and Christine Poda of the Orange County Council Boy

Scouts of America in Costa Mesa attended the last series of basic

professional training at the Center for the Professional Development in

Texas. Peterson and Poda joined 45 other professional Scouters from

across the nation for the weeklong course focusing on management,

fund-raising and sales. . . . More than 225 Orange County high school

students attended Orange Coast College’s 17th annual High School Dance

Day on March 7. Four classes were offered for students interested in a

visited Mahe, Seychelles archipelago, during a six-month deployment to

the western Pacific Ocean and Arabian Gulf while assigned to the
