COSTA MESA

* West Wilson Street: A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of

forging a prescription, possession of a controlled substance and

possession of marijuana or hashish for sale in the 800 block at 4 p.m.

Tuesday.

* West 19th Street: A 35-year-old woman was arrested on an undisclosed

warrant in the 500 block at 6:10 p.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Hoag Drive: A man was arrested on suspicion of giving false

identification to a peace officer at Newport Boulevard at 3:35 p.m.

Thursday.

* Marcus Avenue: A handgun, cameras and perfume were reported stolen

from a residence in the 3200 block at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday.

* Neptune Boulevard: A man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly

conduct and being under the influence of alcohol in the 4900 block at

5:10 p.m. Thursday.

* Newport Boulevard: Two men were arrested on suspicion of burglary at

Industrial Way at 2 a.m. Tuesday.
