Mesa Consolidated Water District’s board of directors welcomed a new
member, and elected a new president and first vice president at last
week’s board meeting.
Paul Shoenberger, who was elected Nov. 7, replaces Dana Haynes.
Shoenberger, a Costa Mesa resident, is the chief of engineering and
operations for Central Basin Municipal Water District. Trudy Ohlig-Hall,
who has served on the board since 1987, was elected as president. She is
also the water district’s representative to Orange County’s Local Agency
Formation Commission and the Independent Special Districts of Orange
County. James F. Atkinson, who has served on the board since 1998, was
elected vice president.
