Eagles top Western, 54-48

FULLERTON - Estancia High’s boys basketball team got on the winning

track Wednesday at the Fullerton High Tournament, putting Western away,

54-48, to even the Eagles’ record to 1-1.

They’ll return on Friday at 5 against La Mirada in another pool game.

Micah Young and Eliasar Maldonado were the scoring leaders, popping

for 22 and 19 points, respectively.
