* Brookhurst Street: A forgery was called in to police from the 16000

block at 6:01 p.m. Friday.

* El Presiedente Avenue: A juvenile disturbance was reported in the

8000 block at 11:20 p.m. Friday.

* Euclid Street: A reported battery occurred in the 17000 block at

4:16 a.m. Monday.

* Harbor Boulevard: A non-injury hit-and-run accident was reported in

the 16000 block at 3:28 p.m. Sunday.

* Jasmine Avenue: Police were alerted to threats being made against a

resident in the 9000 block at 4:55 p.m. Sunday.* La Hacienda Avenue: A

vehicle burglary was reported in the 10000 block at 6:42 p.m. Oct. 18.

* Onyx Street: A juvenile was reported missing in the 10000 block at

4:06 p.m. Saturday.

* Warner Avenue: Police were called to the scene of a party where an

unknown suspect stole beer and escaped from the 10000 block at 9:15 p.m.

Sunday.

HUNTINGTON BEACH

* Barcelona Lane: A resident reported a reckless driver speeding up

and down the street and skidding around turns in the 17000 block at 10:24

p.m. Saturday.

* Florida Street: Someone told police that a group of people were

causing a disturbance in a nearby parking lot by playing loud music,

breaking bottles and having a party in the 2000 block at 8:47 p.m.

Sunday.

* Glencoe Avenue: Residents from different addresses made four

separate reports of hearing some sort of explosion in the distance that

rattled windows and set off car alarms in their neighborhood in the 7000

block at 2:37 a.m. Sunday. Police were unable to find evidence or

determine the cause of the explosion.

* Hillview Circle: Someone reported that four boys were driving a

forklift through a school and crashed through a fence in the 16000 block

at 9:19 a.m. Saturday.

* Juliette Low Lane: A resident told police that someone was igniting

fireworks in the 7000 block at 10:04 p.m. Friday.

* Main Street and Pacific Coast Highway: Someone told police that a

man made obscene comments to two women as they walked under the

Huntington Beach Pier at 3:53 p.m. Oct. 16.

* Newland Street: A resident reported two dogs, a white pit bull and a

Dalmatian mix, were stolen from a home in the 21000 block at 9:38 a.m.

Friday.

* Newland Street: Police responded to a report of shots fired outside

a home in the 21000 block at 10:24 p.m. Friday.

* Ordone Circle: A woman told police that a man had followed her and

apparently took pictures of her as she walked to her home in the 4000

block at 10:53 a.m. Oct. 19.

* Regina Circle: A man told police that a driver purposefully hit his

son with a car after waving the boy to ride his bike across a street, and

then the driver hit the boy again as he tried to retrieve the bicycle

from under the car tires in the 6000 block at 7:38 p.m. Oct. 16.

* Springdale Street: A man reported that his cat was stolen, and

someone had told him over the phone that they had the animal, in the

17000 block at 3:22 p.m. Oct. 18.

* 14th Street: A homeowner reported that several Halloween decoration

had been stolen from the frontyard of a home in the 300 block at 12:39

p.m. Oct. 19.
