* East 17th Street: An assault was reported in the 400 block at 2:08

a.m. Tuesday.

NEWPORT BEACH

* East Balboa Boulevard/Palm Street: Disorderly conduct was reported

at 11:55 p.m. Monday.

* Heliotrope Avenue: Garden equipment and a wallet were stolen from a

truck in the 400 block at 12:13 p.m. Monday.

* Shorecrest Lane: Possession of drugs was reported in the 4100 block

at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday.
