Marina upends the Rage, 10-3

Five players got into the scoring act Monday and Marina rolled to a
Pee Wee Club Division victory, beating the Rage, 10-3, at Coast 2 Coast
Inline Hockey Center in Huntington Beach.
Jason Case led the scoring barrage with three goals and an assist, while
both Andrew Kleinhans and Chris Ellis (one assist) each scoring twice.
Bradley Ellis (one assist) and Allan Hodge also scored for Marina, and
Derek Petersen had an assist.
Marina took charge of the match with a five goal outburst in the opening
quarter of play.
Raymond Sweller led the Rage with two goals and an assist, Chad
Pelliccioni scored once, and Matthew Steinbrick and Ryan Pelliccioni each
had an assist.
Marina goalie Jeremy Nelson recorded 28 saves, and the Rage’s Tyler
Rasmussen stopped 27 shots.

US Marshalls 12, Bruins 6
Jason Krispel poured in five goals and assisted two other scores and
Josh Laricchia added two goals and a match-high seven assists as the US
Marshalls doubled up on the Bruins. Derrick Burnett also scored twice and
P.J. Kavaya scored once with two assists for the winners. For the Bruins,
Chasen Stanley scored twice, Brenden Burley scored once with an assist,
and goalie Greg Flint recorded 34 saves.
