Orange Coast College business students Kathy Spahr, Kara Noone and Scot

Anthony Walsh won a creative-thinking contest at the LAB Anti-Mall in

Costa Mesa. Students were asked to develop a reality-based special event

for the shopping center. ... The winners of the Orange County Library’s

bookmark design contest have been announced. For the Costa Mesa branch,

the prizes went to Jessica Auella, Eric Chou, Valencia Jabron and Monica

Yanez. At the Mesa Verde branch, top honors went to Alina Carnahan, Ryan
