Huntington Beach store sells winning Powerball ticket worth $945,906
A winning ticket in the Powerball lottery game worth more than $945,000 was sold at a Huntington Beach liquor store, according to California Lottery officials.
The ticket from Inces Beach Market at 18015 Beach Blvd. had five winning numbers in Wednesday’s drawing — 23, 32, 44, 48 and 50 — but lacked the Powerball number, 25.
The ticket is worth $945,906, according to the lottery website.
Had it had the Powerball number, it would have been worth $103 million.
The next drawing is Saturday for a jackpot of $119 million.
