USC coach dropping into festival

Festival of Arts exhibitor Fabrice Spies welcomes legendary USC football coach John Robinson from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday.

During the 2012 Festival of Arts, Spies’ wife, a Trojan, exhibited a painting called “The Coliseum,” with an aerial view of a USC football game. Robinson first encountered the creation at a South Orange County Trojan Club meeting and, later that year, received a print of “The Coliseum” as a Christmas present from his wife.

The original painting will be displayed at Spies’ booth (No. 48) on Sunday.
