Emily Lou Sheetz and Justin Scott Mandel

Emily Lou Sheetz and Justin Scott Mandel are to be married at Coworth Park in Ascot, England on Sunday, September 25, 2011 at 3:30pm by Rabbi Josh Levy of Alyth North Western Reform Synagogue.

The bride, 30, and bridegroom, 33, met five years ago at Columbia Business School, from which they both graduated. The couple lives in London.

The bride is the CFO and Director of Business Development for Knightsbridge Schools International. She graduated cum laude from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

She is the daughter of Randall Sheetz and Holly Sheetz of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania. Her father is the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Sheetz convenience stores in the Mid-Atlantic states. Her mother is an animal rights advocate and sits on the Board of the Health By Choice Education and Research Centre.

The bridegroom is a Principal in the Strategy Group at strategy and technology consultancy Lab49. Justin attended CDM High School. He graduated from Dartmouth College and received a Master of International Affairs in addition to his MBA at Columbia University.

Justin is the son of Richard Mandel and Phyllis Mandel of Corona del Mar, California. His mother is a retired school psychologist and registered nurse and now volunteers as a docent at the Orange County Museum of Art. His father practices Oral and Maxilofacial Surgery in Tustin/Santa Ana.
