City giving out sandbags for winter storms prep

To help residents prepare for winter storms, the city will offer free, filled sandbags at two locations in the days leading up to forecasted major rainfall.
The sandbags will be available at the ACT V parking lot on Laguna Canyon Road, and a lot east of South Coast Highway and Aliso Beach Park in South Laguna.
