Christina Veta served as director of programming for the Los Angeles Timesâ Emmy Award-winning daily cable news show âL.A. Times Today.â While guiding The Timesâ audience engagement and digital strategy for entertainment and arts, she was part of the team that was a 2022 Pulitzer Prize finalist in breaking news for work covering the tragic shooting on the âRustâ film set. Her previous roles include social media manager at the Hollywood Reporter after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, where she studied journalism and history, concentrating in comparative genocide. Veta is also a FASPE fellow and student of Harvard Universityâs master of liberal arts, creative writing and literature program.
