Letters: Kevin James’ evolving views
Re “Public Works seat OKd for James,†July 31
As one who voted for Republican Kevin James in L.A.’s mayoral election, I was surprised to see that now, needing a job in Mayor Eric Garcetti’s administration, he finds the conservative views he espoused as a radio host evolving, as he told City Council members this week.
And here I thought I was finally voting for a candidate who was honest.
No wonder turnout in recent elections has been so low.
