What do you want to ask the D.A. candidates?
This is a corrected version of the original post; see the note below.
As the campaign for district attorney heats up, most of the candidates have agreed to attend a forum this week to discuss the issues. It will take place at The Times at 11 a.m. on Wednesday and will feature, for the first time at one of these gatherings, City Atty. Carmen Trutanich, as well as Deputy Dist. Attys. Danette Meyers and John Breault III, Gang Homicide Prosecutor Alan Jackson and Chief Deputy Dist. Atty. Jackie Lacey.
I’ll be moderating the discussion and would welcome suggestions on what you’d like to hear from these candidates.
Please send us your thoughts, and I’ll pose a few of your questions to the candidates on Wednesday.
[Update, added 2:33 p.m., May 2, 2012: D.A. candidate Bobby Grace won’t be in attendance as he’s currently engaged in trial and will be in court.]
